Since 1999, I have taught courses in intellectual history, global politics and history, political philosophy and public administration in Cambridge, Rotterdam, Helsinki, Venice, Sydney and North Queensland, supervised over a hundred postgraduate student theses, and led many curriculum (re)design and pedagogical innovation projects.

  Most of my courses revolve around making students ask historical questions about present-day ideas that we tend to take for granted, and critically read sources in the history of politics.
